SleepQuest, Inc. is an expanding National Health Services Company focused on Sleep Related Breathing Disorders. We have provided sleep care services for over 20 years with a comprehensive “continuum of care” that includes In-Home diagnostic sleep testing, CPAP treatment and on-going care for patients suffering from obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).

We are currently seeking a full-time Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our dynamic San Carlos team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Initiating and completing sales orders, tracking information and electronic patient chart notes in software system
  • Tracking and maintaining accurate inventory needs for durable medical equipment (DME) and supplies
  • Assisting with device tracking, receiving and controls
  • Participating in partial monthly and full quarterly inventory counts
  • Keeping inventory room and cleaning area in the warehouse organized and up-to-date
  • Pulling items for Sales Orders
  • QA Orders going out through main San Carlos warehouse
  • Following Company Shipping Policy
  • Arranging for the best shipping methods, using web-shipping tools
  • Use of UPS Worldship and USPS softwares
  • Fulfilling Transfer Sheet for other warehouses
  • Receiving against Manufacturer PO’s
  • Attend any training offered by SleepQuest and manufacturers as deemed necessary
  • Other responsibilities and projects, as required


  • 1+ year of warehouse and shipping experience required
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Working proficiency of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong team player; willingness to take on new tasks
  • Familiarity with DME equipment and obstructive sleep apnea a plus
