SleepQuest, Inc. is a rapidly expanding National Health Services Company focused on Sleep Related Breathing Disorders. We have provided sleep care services for over 20 years with a comprehensive “continuum of care” that includes diagnostic sleep testing, titrations, and CPAP treatment for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Generalist with hands-on experience across the HR disciplines to join our team. We are seeking a generalist with broad knowledge of human resources functions, from hiring to onboarding and from employee compensation to evaluation. This position encompasses a wide range of HR tasks such as administering employee benefits and leaves and crafting HR policies.

  • Responsibilities
  • Administer (and keep current) compensation and benefit plans
  • Administer all talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee onboarding and organize training schedules
  • Manage Leave of Absence documentation and administration
  • Own the benefits and 401k programs, to include open enrollment and carrier selection
  • Advise, coach and recommend action for employee relations issues as they arise; conduct timely investigations as needed
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to continuously develop and deliver high-quality HR programs to attract and retain top talent
  • Manage the performance review program; work with managers and employees to ensure timelines are met
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Process bi-monthly company payroll
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Manage the full employee life-cycle, from new hire to termination
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of progressive, hands on HR generalist knowledge and experience in the functional areas of HR required, including: compensation and benefits, employee relations, talent/performance management, and staffing/ recruiting
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Strong working knowledge of California employment law and FMLA, CFRA, COBRA and other Federal, State and local regulations
  • Strong relationship building skills across all levels of an organization
  • Proficient in the use of Outlook and MS Office Suite applications
  • Payroll processing experience highly preferred
  • Experience in the healthcare environment a plus
