For the third year in a row, SleepQuest has been an active participant in KCBS’s Health Etc., Health and Wellness Symposium, held on Saturday, February 2, 2008 at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco. Cardiac surgeon, best selling author, and lecturer Dr. Mehmet Oz delivered the Keynote Address in the Speakers Hall of the Auditorium. This year we were honored to have Dr. Kin Yuen, MD deliver a speech to a full capacity crowd on the topic of sleep disorders. Dr. Yuen is a board certified sleep physician and is a Medical Officer for SleepQuest. SleepQuest’s staff assisted attendees at our booth, answering many questions pertaining to the prevalence of the disorder, assessing and testing for obstructive sleep apnea in the patient’s home and its treatment. Staff members including Charlotte Epperson, SCS (Sleep Care Specialist) made it a point to explain how SleepQuest’s model of care differs from other providers and helps bring wellness and vitality to those affected with sleep disordered breathing.
 
Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
January 18, 2008

A ribbon cutting ceremony was held on January 18, 2008 at SleepQuest’s new offices located at 985 Industrial Road, Suite 200 in San Carlos, CA. Local dignitaries and other guests were on hand to formally welcome SleepQuest to the San Carlos Chamber of Commerce. Brad Lewis, the mayor of San Carlos and Robert Koenigsberg, President and CEO of SleepQuest posed as pictures were taken in the interior lobby on that sunny Friday morning.
