Your device starts beeping and makes an alarm type noise after you start to use it. There is a message on the screen that says there is a SD card error and the device stops working.
If your device has a SD card and this is happening to you, there is a simple solution. This message means that the data card is full and needs to be downloaded. Simply remove the card and bring or mail it to your local SleepQuest Patient Service Center. You can continue to use your device without the SD card until you receive the card back. Once the information is downloaded by a Sleep Care Specialist the memory card can be erased and the machine will work as good as new. This problem can occur in both ResMed and Respironics devices that use a SD card to track compliance.
